Enough is provided by Gagan Arora ("we," "us," or "our").

The app is a personal tool that helps you limit the time you spend in apps you choose. Features may change in future updates.

The app is a self-help tool you choose to use. It is not a parental control, medical, or therapeutic product, and it is not designed to monitor other people.

You can change or remove limits, turn off permissions, or uninstall the app at any time. It is meant to encourage a pause, not to make stopping impossible.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or lease the app except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

The app relies on Android features such as usage statistics, background services, and notifications. Some phone makers limit apps running in the background, which can delay or stop tracking. The app includes guidance for keeping it running, but we cannot guarantee that every device allows it.

Usage figures come from Android and may differ slightly from other apps or from your phone’s own screen-time tools.

The app does not require an account. Your limits, usage history, and settings are stored on your device only.

We are not responsible for loss of this data if you clear app storage, uninstall the app, or change phones.

We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add or change features. Some updates may be required by app stores.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or Android version.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

The app, including its name, icon, visuals, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

App names shown inside the app belong to their respective owners. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of the apps you choose to limit.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or discontinue the app if required for legal or operational reasons.

If you downloaded the app from Google Play or another store, that store’s terms may also apply. The store provider is not responsible for the app’s content or support; questions should be directed to us using the contact information below.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact email below; we will try to resolve them in good faith.
